Dear indiaca-friends, athletes, coaches, honored guests, and friends of indiaca from around the world,

It is a great pleasure and honor to welcome you here in Tartu – our beautiful university city, which once again has the privilege of hosting the Indiaca World Championships.
Your presence here means so much more than simply taking part in a sporting event. It is a sign of your deep respect for our shared passion – indiaca – a sport that unites people across nations, cultures, and generations. You have traveled far to be here, bringing with you the spirit of fair play, dedication, and international friendship. For that, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
This year’s championships carry special significance – it was right here in Tartu that the very first Indiaca World Championships were held, back in 2001, exactly 24 years ago. That event marked a turning point in our sport’s history, setting the foundation for the international community we are part of today. It is both symbolic and moving to return to the same city more than two decades later – now stronger, bigger, and more connected than ever before.
Indiaca is more than just a game – it is communication, teamwork, dedication, and the joy of movement. And you, gathered here today, are the finest ambassadors of this sport. Your contribution – on and off the court – helps grow our community and inspire future generations.
We hope you have a wonderful time here in Tartu. Take the opportunity to explore the city’s history, enjoy the Estonian summer, and above all – create new friendships that will last long after the final whistle has blown.

Lugupeetud indiaca-sõbrad, sportlased, treenerid, aukülalised ja indiaca-sõbrad üle kogu maailma,

On suur rõõm ja au on tervitada teid siin, Tartus – meie kaunis ülikoolilinnas, mis nüüd saab taas olla Indiaca maailmameistrivõistluste koduks.
Teie kohalolek siin on midagi palju enamat kui lihtsalt osalemine spordivõistlusel. See on märk austusest meie ühise ala vastu – indiaca vastu, mis ühendab eri rahvaid, kultuure ja põlvkondi. Te olete tulnud siia kaugelt, tulles kokku ühiseks eesmärgiks: mängida ausalt, innustavalt ja üksteist austavalt. Ja selle eest tahame teid kogu südamest tänada.
Tänavused maailmameistrivõistlused on erilise tähendusega – just siin, Tartus, toimusid 24 aastat tagasi, aastal 2001, esimesed indiaca maailmameistrivõistlused. See oli hetk, mil meie ala sai rahvusvaheliselt kinnitatud ning siit algas teekond, mis on toonud meid tänasesse päeva. On sümboolne ja liigutav, et nüüd, rohkem kui kaks aastakümmet hiljem, kohtume taas samas linnas – ent veelgi suuremana, tugevamana ja ühendatumana.
Indiaca ei ole lihtsalt mäng – see on suhtlemine, meeskonnatöö, pühendumus ja rõõm liikumisest. Just teie, siinviibijad, olete selle spordiala kõige paremad saadikud. Teie panus – nii platsil kui ka väljaspool seda – aitab tugevdada meie kogukonda ja kasvatada ala tuntust ka tulevaste põlvkondade seas.
Loodame, et veedate Tartus mõnusa, sisuka ja meeldejääva aja. Avastage meie linna ajalugu, nautige suvist Eestit, ja mis kõige tähtsam – looge uusi sõprussidemeid, mis jäävad kestma ka pärast viimast vilet.
